Flat Sketch / Tech Packs

Often called "Technical Drawings," these are the instruction manuals for a garment. Unlike illustrations, these are not "pretty" or artistic; they are clinical and precise. They draw a 2D "flat" representation of the garment as if it were lying on a table. A Tech Pack is a multi-page document that includes the flat sketch, measurements (spec sheets), stitch types, and hardware requirements (zippers, buttons). They are used for communicating with tailors and factories to ensure the garment is made exactly as designed without errors. They deliver a detailed PDF document containing all technical specifications.
